The house covers three floors, totaling around 90m2. The ground floor comprises the kitchen, and a cellar, where you may store your walking equipment, bicycles, skis, etc.
On the first floor, you will find a comfortable living room, with a TV. On this floor there is also the first single bedroom, with a view of the mountain and the stream running past the house.
The stairs to the second floor arrive in the second single bedroom. The shower/bathroom is off this room.
Finally, the double bedroom is at the front of the house, and possesses a balcony from which you may enjoy the magnificent view of the valley, and it’s surrounding hills and mountains.

Just in front of the house is a terrace, equipped with a table, bench, parasol, and barbecue. It’s easy access from the house makes it ideal for dining outside, with the sound and fresh air that arrives from the adjacent stream creating an ideal spot to relax and take refuge from the summer temperatures.
